Medal day

It is day three of the tournament and there are four teams still in contention to be the successor of RSC Anderlecht.

First both semi finals will be played. On the main pitch two former winners PSV and Borussia Mönchengladbach meet. Both clubs met on five previous occassions throughout the tournament history, with either team winning twice. The last victory of the Germans was in the 1969 final.
Debutant Internazionale and Paris St Germain play the other semi final on the other pitch.

Next are on pitch 1 the battle for seventh place between Cruzeiro EC and Estudiantes de la Plata and on the main pitch a repeat of last years final between RSC Anderlecht and Manchester United.

The medal games will both be played at the main pitch. Who will take home the trophy and which players will win individual awards? It promises to be an exciting day of football.
