Paris Saint-Germain has yet to secure a win at the Otten Innovation Cup. The Parisians fought hard but lost 0-2 against Manchester United. After the match, we spoke with PSG's head coach, Thomas Leyssales.

He was disappointed with the defeat: "In this match, we lacked technique and speed of play. At halftime, it was still 0-0, but unfortunately, we couldn’t keep it up after the break."

Leyssales is enthusiastic about the Otten Innovation Cup: "It’s a very nice tournament and a great way to prepare for the season. I think we’re a younger team compared to the others, so we need to rise to the higher level of our older opponents."

The tournament features a number of different rules such as dribbling in instead of throw-ins. Leyssales commented: "These rules are very interesting. We experimented with them at the Future Cup last year. For the players, it’s exciting because it creates more intensity and dynamism than in regular matches."

In their final group match against Atlético Madrid, the game plan won’t change. Leyssales added: "We will continue rotating all 22 players to ensure everyone gets enough playing time. We hope to have another good match."
